PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

III. Legal basis and purposes of data processing:

1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, pp. 1–88, hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”.

2. The Administrator processes personal data only after obtaining the User's consent, expressed at the time of confirmation of a transaction made on the website, subscription to the Newsletter, or subscription to the list of persons interested in a given training course.

3. The provision of company data by the User for the purpose of issuing an invoice is tantamount to expressing their consent to the processing of such data for this purpose.

4. Your personal data (first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number) is processed for the following purposes:

- sending information about planned courses, training sessions, projects, and events (Newsletter) to the email address provided;

- conclusion and performance of a contract for the sale of services, for financial settlements, including the issuance of accounting documents, as well as the performance of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, prevention and detection of fraud, investigation, defense and determination of claims, creation of analyses, statistical reports and statements, complaints, archiving purposes to secure information in case of a legal need to prove facts. 

IV. Withdrawal of consent: 

1. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending marketing information and the Newsletter at any time. To do so, please send a request to iod@maleprzezuwacze@edu.pl to delete your personal data and unsubscribe from the Newsletter.

V. Categories of recipients:
1. Your personal data may be transferred to:
- authorized employees or subcontractors of the Administrator

- entities providing selected services to the Administrator (accounting, IT, legal, marketing, IT services - only to the extent necessary to perform the above-mentioned services).

VI. Storage period:
- for the purpose of sending the newsletter prepared by the Administrator - including, in particular, information about services, events, and special offers

– no longer than until the consent is revoked;

- for the purpose of performing the contract for the provision of services by the Administrator, for the duration of the contract and thereafter - no longer than until consent is revoked. Personal data recorded in accounting documentation will be stored for the period specified in the relevant regulations, including tax regulations.

VII. Administrator's obligations:

1. The Administrator undertakes to make every effort to ensure the proper security of the Customer's personal data.

VIII. Your rights:

1. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights, which can be exercised by contacting the Administrator electronically

- access to your personal data,

- request the rectification of your personal data,

- request the erasure of your personal data,

- request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,

- to transfer your personal data,

- to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, based on the consent obtained from you. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal,

- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

IX. Voluntary provision of data:

1. Providing your personal data (name and/or email address) in the forms on the website www.maleprzezuwacze.edu.pl is voluntary and necessary for sending the Newsletter containing information about current services, events, and educational materials.

2. Providing your data is a condition for concluding a contract for the provision of services (e.g., a course, training). If you do not give your consent, the Administrator may refuse to conclude the contract. However, to the extent that you have consented to the processing of your personal data solely for marketing purposes, the provision of your personal data is voluntary, but refusal to consent to the withdrawal of consent (to receive the newsletter) will prevent the Administrator from informing you about upcoming events and activities.

X. Final provisions:

1. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant Polish laws, as well as European Union law, in particular the GDPR, shall apply. (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).

COOKIES

1. The Administrator uses cookies. Cookies can be read by the Administrator's ICT system.

2. The Administrator stores cookies on the User's end device and then accesses the information contained therein for the following purposes:

- creating statistics that help understand how Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;

- marketing purposes;

- determining the User's profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network;

- ensuring the proper functioning of the Store.

3. It is possible for the User to configure their web browser in such a way that cookies are not stored on the end device. However, in such a situation, the use of the website by the User may be significantly impeded.

4. Cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been saved using the appropriate functions of the web browser, programs designed for this purpose, or appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.
